Truly one of the worst vehicles in gaming. The game makes you use it so often and I hate it. Don't even get me started on this stupid car. Navigating the overworld can be a confusing since there's no way to track quests to see their locations, though now I've gotten used to it. Your teammates are Kingdom Hearts levels of incompetent, just shooting at walls half the time. I've only used a sniper rifle since I started playing, and why bother using anything else? It has no recoil and is accurate as hell. Combat is very floaty and the AI is dumb as rocks. I'm keeping an open mind because it's an early PS360 era game, but I've seen RPGs before this do a better job at being an RPG.Īlot of those elements just seem not fully well thought out. Literally everything that isn't the story is just some of the worst game design I've played in recent memory. I don't know how far I am, But I can't wait to see this games story to its conclusion. The world building is also so detailed and rich it really helps stay immersed into the game.
The idea of being a space cop who can go anywhere and do anything is the kind of power fantasy I didn't know I needed. I'm really in love with the world building and characters. I'm playing through the first one, I want to talk about how GOOD the story is in this game. I'm playing the Mass Effect series for the first time and I have opinions ON THE INTERNET.
